When the Truck's A?C Failed "I PUT IN A NEW 1. THIS WORKED OUT REALLY WELL TILL THE OUTSIDE TEMP HERE IN NEWKIRK, OKLA GOT UP ABOVE 100+ DEGREES. MY GENERATOR JUST COULD NOT HANDLE THE HEAT OR THE LOAD! SO, I ENDED UP DOING WHAT I DID WHEN I WAS 16 AND HAD A 1966 FORD RANCHERO THAT ALSO DID NOT HAVE A/C. DROVE FAST WITH ALL THE WINDOWS DOWN! LODGE MEMBER SINCE 2007, KURT (the squirt) STEBENS"
To open sticky jars easier take a long strip of duct tape and place one end around the jars lid, pull the rest of the strip in a counter clock wise fashion. With the extra grip the duct tape provides the jar will open. Important: Remember to hold the jar in place or it will become airborn.

From Brad Simpson:
"Here's my question for handymen who are lodge members: We had a 60 foot tree fall back at the St. George chapter of Possum Lodge. It missed the Rinky Dink House and didn't even come close to the outhouse, which is consistent with most people who come back there too. We need to cut the tree up into firewood and it is approximately 4 feet in diameter at the base. We have two good chainsaws plus a couple of axes and three lodge members available to do the work. The tree is a cherry tree, consistent with a Carolina forest and there is several limbs on it. My question is ... what kind of beer goes best for an event like this. Dad is suggesting a lager. We'd value your input and insight on the matter."
